Shipping Policy

PARK Cafe Life offers several shipping options to ensure prompt and reliable delivery.

Free Ground Shipping: We are pleased to offer free ground shipping on orders over $35.00 within the U.S. (before tax and after discounts). For orders under $35.00, a flat rate of $8.99 applies.

Standard Shipping Times:

  • Ground Shipping: Generally, delivery takes 5-7 business days from the date of order.
  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer:
    • 2nd Day Air: $15.99
    • Next Day Air: $29.99

Orders placed by 12 PM MST with 2nd Day or Next Day Air options will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed the next business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from business days.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship only within the United States and do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Return Policy

At PARK Cafe Life, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that by completing your purchase, you accept and agree to our return policy terms.

Return Eligibility:

  • Unused Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Final Sale Items: No returns or exchanges are accepted on items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Perishable Goods: Items like food and coffee cannot be returned.
  • Intimate or Sanitary Goods: Products considered intimate or sanitary in nature are non-returnable.
  • Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final.
  • Damaged or Incomplete Items: Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons outside of our control cannot be accepted for returns.

Damage Due to Shipping or Freight

All of our products undergo quality checks and careful inspection before shipping. In the unlikely event your product is damaged during shipping, please follow these steps:

  2. Report Damage Within 48 Hours: Any claims for shipping-related damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Contact us at info@parkcafelife.com and provide a detailed description and images of the damage.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement or a refund.
