Product Returns
At Park Cafe Group, we strive to deliver the highest quality food products to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any perishable or food items once they have been delivered.
Refunds and Replacements:
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Perishable Items: Non-perishable products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unopened and in their original packaging. A full refund will be issued upon inspection.
